Privacy.
If you message us, we only use your details to reply and to talk about working together. We don’t track you, we don’t run ads, and we never sell your data. Here’s exactly how it works.
The People Behind the Studio.
Patricia Studios is run by Ben McDonald and Niamh Quinn. We’re the “data controller” for anything you send us, the people responsible for looking after it.
Reach us any time: contact@patriciastudios.co.uk or 020 3148 1144.
What we collectOnly What You Choose to Tell Us.
When you fill in our enquiry form, we collect your name, your organisation (if you give one), your email, your phone number (optional), a rough location, and whatever you tell us about what you’re after.
That’s it. We don’t use cookies or ad-tracking pixels, and there’s no advertising network in the background. We do use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see roughly how many people visit and which pages they read. It’s cookieless and doesn’t identify you personally.
Please don’t share sensitive personal or health details in the free-text box: a quick note of what you need is plenty, and we’ll take the rest in conversation.
Why we hold itTo Reply, and to Plan Your Project.
We use your details for one thing: to get back to you and to work out how we can help. Our lawful basis is legitimate interest. You’ve reached out to ask about working together, so we use what you send us to reply. We don’t use your details for marketing, and you can ask us to stop at any time.
Who else sees itOur Enquiry System, and the Tools Behind It.
Your enquiry is stored in our customer system, Airtable, and may pass through the automation tools we use to organise and route it (for example, Make). These are trusted providers we hold data-processing agreements with. Some are US-based, so your details are transferred with the safeguards the law requires.
Other than the tools that actually run our enquiry system, we don’t share your information with anyone, and we never sell it.
How long we keep itAs Long as It’s Useful, Then It’s Gone.
We keep your enquiry while we’re talking and for as long as we’re working together. If nothing comes of it, we delete your details within 24 months of our last contact. Ask us to remove them sooner and we will.
Your rightsIt’s Your Data. You’re in Charge.
You can ask to see what we hold, correct it, delete it, or tell us to stop using it. Just email contact@patriciastudios.co.uk and we’ll sort it.
If you’re ever unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
